The Seahawk Sanctuary

Meet the Seahawks house, our latest model to leave the shop for its forever home! This “fan favorite” features a bright exterior, special carpet and even a custom NFL banner to match our client’s favorite football team. Upgrades like her beautiful bamboo flooring and blue pearl granite countertop make it feel like home. In fact, we liked the bamboo so much that we decided to order some ourselves and redo our tiny house office on-site! We’re so pleased with the results – and from the sound of our client’s review, she’s pretty crazy about it too!

“I absolutely LOVE my Tiny SMART House!!
My experience is rare. I had sold my 3 bedroom house in Beaverton just one week after deciding to sell and go tiny. All of a sudden, I was homeless. So I bought a little 18′ travel trailer and lived in that, with my 2 cats and dog, for 4 months. It was tight but it was a roof. Then the water heater blew. I was unable to shower or do dishes. I was devastated. I knew my tiny house would take too long to just wait it out. I called Nathan in tears and he literally saved my life. He actually LOANED me a Tiny House to live in until mine was built.
I lived in that house at an RV park until the property I purchased was developed. When that was done, he moved it to my property. Living in that tiny house REALLY gave me an advantage in designing mine. It gave me insight to what I wanted and didn’t want. I was able to completely revamp my original design to a design that works best for me. For instance, I didn’t think I wanted a bedroom loft, but after sleeping in one, I really loved it! However, his house had a ladder. Advantage to a ladder is it takes up less space, disadvantage, dog and cats could not climb the ladder to sleep with me. Getting up in the middle of the night got a little scary going down the ladder. My house has stairs to the loft. Plus, the stairs are extra storage. My loft has less headroom, but that doesn’t matter to me. The only time I’m up there is to sleep.
I put quite a few “upgrades” into my tiny house, such as granite counter tops, dish washer, garbage disposal, full tub/shower and washer/dryer. And all of it fits into 220 Sq. Ft.
Nathan and his team babysat me throughout the entire process and deserve a medal for putting up with me. lol They helped with EVERY detail. From the colors to the drawer knobs. I could not be happier with my house. It totally reflects who I am.
Thinking of going tiny? Call Tiny SMART Homes first. They will create exactly what you want!”
