Unlike RV dealerships, Tiny SMART House does not typically have ready-to-buy models on site. In fact, each client works with our designers to create their own custom floor plan. Finding the client first, then building the unit means we achieve complete customization, while simultaneously eliminating the company cost of unsold/aging inventory that is indirectly passed onto customers. We can still offer tours of our current tiny houses in-progress to give clients an idea of what size and design best suits their needs. Best of both worlds!
