Tiny SMART House – RV

Our Tiny House Models

We build unique and beautiful tiny houses on trailers that truly maximize the efficiency of a relatively small, sustainable, attractive and easy-to-clean living space.

Tiny SMART House has built and customized dozens of tiny homes since 2012. Every handcrafted tiny house is designed to best fit the owners preferences, personal styles, and their individual needs for tiny house living.

We offer seven models in any length from 12′ to 44′ long. You first decide on the length and then choose from many available customization options depending on your personal style, budget, and building materials preferences.

TRAILERS
Our custom-built heavy-duty tiny house trailers feature a detachable tongue and a variety of other custom features. The trailers are typically built to maximum width of 8’6″ but wide-load options are available. Trailers are available from 12′ to 44′ with trailers 32′ or longer built as triple-axle gooseneck / fifth-wheel style trailer. We also include four heavy-duty Bulldog jacks with every tiny house. FULLY LICENSED & LEGAL
All Tiny SMART Houses are fully inspected to RV manufacturing and ANSI safety standards by a state of Oregon inspector, and thus are certified as legal RV’s. Tiny SMART House assigns a VIN to your tiny house, and provides you with a Manufactures Certificate of Origin. This certificate is then used to get a title and license plate from your home state’s Department of Motor Vehicles.

With our World Manufacturer designation and being a licensed, certified RV manufacturer, our RV Tiny Houses can easily be towed most anywhere in North America and shipped nearly anywhere else in the world. RV financing (as well as RV insurance) is available to help you become a new tiny home owner.
